Anyone can FEEL love in the beginning. When excitement and dopamine are at all time highs.

Most people don't CHOOSE true love when they're hit with the realities of life.

True Love is a verb, it's not a feeling. When you truly love someone or something, you show up with positive effort, commitment, care, respect, thoughtfulness, consistency, and looking for the good...

...no matter how you feel.

When you truly love someone, you treat them with love when you don't feel like it.

When you truly love your career or business, you show up positively when you don't feel like it.

When you truly love a skill, goal, or anything you're getting good at, you do what it takes, not your best, because often we need to expand our best.

The most interesting thing is, the more we give loving effort toward someone or something, the more we FEEL love too.

We typically FEEL love towards people or things we give positive energy and effort to.

It's good when the honeymoon phase is over in anything, because this is the point we get to choose what really matters to us.
